Our proposal creates a complex of buildings facing a wadi carved into the ground and taking advantage of its natural slope. The shaded wadi connects the buildings. The building has three floors connected together by a green patio. Throughout the building there are sitting areas and balconies for lounging, working and eating.

Offices used by various start-up companies are located within the perimeter of the building. The building is designed so that it can flex and change all the time, and adapt itself to the growth of the companies residing in it. The variable division is carried out by modules in which small offices can be established or several modules can be attached together to establish large offices.

The building is a sustainable and energy efficient building. The building shell consists of dynamic louvers that change their angle according to the sun's rays to create shading and bring in natural light. The building has a natural ventilation system that allows hot air to be released from the top of the building through the patio connecting the floors.
